YAMAHA BW200 REPLACEMENT CDI MODULE
FOR 1985-1986 KICKSTART-ONLY MODELS
This listing is for a brand new FTC replacement CDI module for all 1985-1986
kickstart-only
BW200 model dirt bikes.
Please be aware that these modules do not work on electric start models, although we have the appropriate CDI module for those bikes in a separate eBay listing.
This is version 2 of our replacement BW200 CDI module and we have months of development and testing into this component. The original Yamaha ignition module for kickstart only BW200 bikes was discontinued (part numbers 54G-85540-M0-00), so we worked with a US based ignition system specialist to produce a digital CDI module for these machines. These CDI boxes are durable, super water tight, and the ignition timing is programmed to match the factory timing. These modules plug into the factory wiring harness with the factory style modular and bullet connectors, but do require alternate mounting to the frame as they use a different style housing.
