We give a 2-year warranty on your instrument against verifiable defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the first purchaser and includes free replacement of materials and labor to eliminate proven defects. Adjustment and maintenance work is not part of the warranty.
It assumes proper handling of the tool.
Wood and hair react sensitively to the effects of temperature and changes in air humidity, which can be controlled and regulated by good air humidifiers, especially during the heating season. Relative humidity between 45% and 60% with room temperature around 20°C is best for your device.
Sudden changes in temperature should be avoided.
