Any claim for damage must be reported to us though the eBay message system on the same day you receive it along with a clear photo or photos of your damaged item. We will happily replace any broken or damaged item if reported as stated above. It is only fair that we cannot be responsible for breakage days, weeks or months later while in your care. These new terms are a result of a few buyers that we feel have
taken advantage of us.
