I've been collecting Chicago memorabilia since 1970, and I've never seen another one like this.
Probably came out when this song came out on their 8th album, which was in 1975.
Size says Large, but it looks like it would be a medium (we all were smaller back then)  LOL>   Made in the USA, 100% cotton
The shirt definitely shows it's age, with ring wear and discoloration around the collar, shoulders and sleeves.  The graphics are also showing their age, with fading and cracking on the graphics themselves.
But it still is one of the coolest Chicago shirts I've seen!
