I'm guessing this was prepared for the boys of the Western and Pacific states, to make sure they felt connected to the rest of the country.  The program required swearing
allegiance
to the United States flag and the Christian flag.
Prepared by "the Local and State Young Men's Christian Association of the Western and Pacific States".
28 pages (with covers) - page size is 3-5/8 x 6-1/4.
