The mPower mP5i-series digital apparel printer is the fastest and most durable direct to garment printer in its class. Purpose-built for high-volume production, the mPower uses a robust industrial print head and a new, innovative, patented ink delivery and recirculation system.
For singles, short runs, or hundreds of prints per day, the mPower enables imaging businesses of all kinds to realize more prints, more profits and more possibilities.
Print a 12″x10″ graphic in as little as 20 seconds (with 20 seconds of overhead). Print digital quality graphics on black and dark garments in 40 seconds (one pass for a white base, the second pass for color).
AnaJet’s highly acclaimed, patented Closed-Loop Ink Delivery System is air-tight and reduces banding, meaningless evaporation and wasted ink. The mPower’s industrial strength print head can withstand even the most rigorous of ink charges to eliminate virtually all clogging. A new, innovative ink recirculation system, combined with automated maintenance routines keeps the mPower ready virtually around the clock at a cost of pennies per day.
There is no limit to what you can create with the AnaJet mPower! With metal foil, photo, art and 3D printing abilities, as well as Extended Media (such as wood, glass and tile) printing capabilities, you can offer your customers a variety of products and cash in on the high margins.
The mPower i-series takes up about four square feet in your shop or home and it weighs 180 pounds. The printer should always be kept in a comfortable room-temperature environment with at least 45% relative humidity. Use a hygrometer to measure humidity and operate a non-misting, non-condensing humidifier nearby if necessary.
The maximum print size on the mPower is 14” x 18” (35.6cm x 45.7cm).
